Data we process
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, selected service and message. We process the same types of data if you contact us directly by email.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to respond to your enquiry, assess a possible assignment and communicate before a potential agreement. Processing is based on legitimate interests and, when you request a quote or service, steps taken before entering into a contract.
Recipients and retention
Data may be processed by service providers needed for website hosting and email delivery. Contact data is retained only as long as needed for the conversation, a possible assignment or legal obligations. Nordevio does not sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and may object to certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
